Bike Description
(in the photo of two bikes, mine is the one on the RIGHT. The one on the left is a friends smaller Raleigh Cameo)
Vintage 1980's Raleigh Caprice with original decals and paintwork, plus Made in Nottingham sticker.
Loop style ladies shopper frame.
Colour is 'Barbie pink' - as it's been referred to for 3 years.
3 Speed Sturmey Archer gears, white casing with black writing
Metal back rack with a white bungee rope/clip and a white bracket for a basket above front forks.
Floral bell attached to the left handlebar.
White seat, grips and cables.
No rust or dings apart from a scratch to back mudguard and the front mudguard has lost a washer which means it rattles around when riding. Very distinctive noise!
The frame is a 26" as far as I know. I am 5' 7" so it's not as very small bike like the Raleigh Cameo.
Desperate to have her back as she was my 21st birthday present from my parents.
Stolen near Park Lane College/Joseph's well in the last week when I was on holiday, could be anywhere in Leeds but most likely LS1/3/4/5/6.
Reported to police, crime ref. 13130367688
