An ordinary bicycle, 18 gears with carrier. Green, rather scruffy panniers. Saddle has cut in it. Brackets front and rear for lights.Theft Description
The bike was brazenly taken as I stood outside my house about to get on it. Although I chased the miscreant, and initially caught up with him, he merely uttered rude words and rode off.
