Bike Description
Green ladies vintage style bike. Brown leather seat with springs, and brown leather handlebars. Big basket on the front possibly with some paper and plastic flowers tied to it (unless they've been removed) and a pannier rack on the back. Stickers on frame saying 'vintage'.Theft Description
Taken from bicycle racks outside Buchan Street Neighbourhood Centre, CB4 2XF. Lock must have been picked as was left behind but was not cut. Locked through wheel and frame onto a cycle rack.
