Bike Description
mens hybrid. 2016 model. 8 speed - via rear cassette. Single front chain wheel. blue markings at bottom of front forks & under seat. Full mudguards F&R, and black rear pannier carrier. F&R LED lights. Rear one was angled vertically, F horizontally. Bell. Black / clear / white plastic water bottle and carrier on forward tube. Right hand side pedal still functional but had some damage / cracked / missing reflectors. Brake blocks were pretty worn down. Multiple small scratch marks on frame from metal chain lock. Pictures below not my actual bike (not full mudguards & no rear pannier carrier or water bottle) but shows a similar black Neon 1 example.Theft Description
Bike was hidden & not visible at home address. Perpetrator either came to from door (to try entry) and / or went around the parked car to try all doors and then spotted bike & stole it. Numerous other reports of similar car door attempts in the neighbourhood on same and subsequent nights. Police have a "suggested" name and address.
