Bike locked up securely through wheel and bike frame with thick black chain from 5:10pm - 6:10pm directly outside sainsburys entrance/EE on Balham High Road. Got to where I left it and the thick chain was cut open and left on the road. Went into sainsburys and they said that this is the second one to be reported stolen in the last 20 minutes.
