Black and grey phantom Integra. Tracks and flag icon near the seat. Scratch mark on the front part of the frame. Red brake late under the seat. Reflection pads on both wheels. No bell.Theft Description
Stolen outside Six Templars Whetherspoons in Hertford. The bicycle rack is located next to the Whetherspoons building, opposite hertford theatre and near to Hertford castle entrance. I locked the bike up at around 9:45am and returned around 5:00pm to found that it had been stolen. There are CCTV cameras pointed at the bike rack. One camera is located on the Whetherspoons building and I have asked Whetherspoons staff to check the footage. Two additional cameras are on the Hertford theatre building.
