Bike Description

FOUND MODEL AND PHOTO Ladies/teenage rigid city bike, black with some pink flower like motifs. It has 24" frame, with 5 gears. The basket has been taken off and left behind. Has front and  rear lights and although I purchased second hand it is in good condition. I left bike with security lock on and didn't see any sign indicating it had been broken.I saw someone riding the bike but didn't have time to chase them or call anyone. This happened in Ewell West today.
