Bike Description
Ladies “Murray” bicycle was stolen on the evening of Dec. 3rd from Swanscombe Road, off of Devonshire Road. It is registered with BikeRegister, so it has a sticker on the frame. It’s red and black (it looks marbled, almost) and says “Murray” on it. The seat is black and starting to show tear/wear. The seat might say ‘velo’ on it in white letters. It has a rack for the basket, and the basket barely stays on the back now, making it a little crooked. It has Shimano gears. It has a back splashguard that says, ‘viper,’ I believe. It also had a broken, mounted flashing light to the back. On the front of the bike, it says something about it being made in Tennessee, USA, which is its most distinctive feature.
This bike is of no value and is highly sentimental. It was my mother’s bike who passed away 20 years ago. We are asking that it be returned, and you will be rewarded with no questions asked.
