group of lads was seen taken his bike .. and people are seeing a young. Lad about 14 always wearing a hoodie and with 2 others riding it around chaucer school/and shops .. .. anyone with any information please get in .. contact.

The bike hasn't been used much as it was for Christmas so its like new
