Theft Description
Saturday night (14.10.17) my bike was securely locked to the bike rack on the end of Franklin Street in Brighton. When returning in the morning it was not present. It was locked securely with a red Raleigh D lock around the frame and though the back wheel attaching it to the bike rack.
