White frame, with with bullhorn handle bars, one with white tape, and one with yellow tape. Large frame, slender profile with a slight curve on the vertical bar below the seat.Theft Description
The thieves pushed through the rod on the railing until it bent and dislodged from its socket. They then simply listed the bike which was attached to that pole and left with it, I believe without breaking through the lock. This happened on the top floor of the building I live in, the 4th floor.
