Bike Description
A 2013 Merida Matts 20 in great condition. Had a new, black pannier rack on the back, a white mudguard under the downtube and a broken silver bell on the front. Also had small lights on the handle bar and seat post. Tyres shown in the photo were recently replaced (by me) for some specialized tyres with less grip (for road cycling).Theft Description
Locked to railings outside the Radcliffe Camera (Oxford University library) here. When I left the library to cycle home the bike had been stolen but the bike lock remained in place (and had been cut through with bolt croppers). University CCTV could not identify the bike being stolen.
