Bike Description
This matt grey Marin Sausalito hybrid was stolen from my flat in Aberdeen in October 2015. I believe it is a 1994 model, I have seen scans of old catalogues and this one best fits the description. Mine has had a new Shimano groupset and Schwalbe tyres. It has Araya wheels, SKS mudguards and a turtle mascot which I made for it. It also has a British flag sticker on the rear mudgaurd and on the stem, there is a US flag sticker on the frame which is part of the original decal scheme. It has bar ends.Theft Description
At around 1am on the 22nd October 2015, two young boys of around 14 climbed over the wall into the courtyard of the building I live in, one of them sat on the bike railings, with their feet on the top tube of the frame, and pushed until they broke the lock. One then passed it to the other who was sitting on the wall, and they left. I know this because I saw the CCTV footage.
