Thieves arrived at 20:55, cut the bike lock with a large set of bolt cutters and then carried the bike away. They were then caught a few days later loitering in the area of the theft on Colletts Dr in Cheltenham with the stolen bike and potentially several others. The group included around 6 men in their late teens- early twenties all wearing hoodies and face coverings.
