Stolen in broad daylight just returned home left bike in front garden while i took shopping into house my partner had made me a cup of tea and a sandwich i forgot to lock the bike up when i headed in after about an hour we had a knock on tge door from my neibour who was returning our lawnmower it was then that i reolised the bike was gone we reported to the police at that point, 2 days later a local lad rode past the house on the bike my partner shouted of the lad but he ignored her and rode off only to come back to the house at around 7pm claiming he had no idea that the bike was stolen and he had borrowed it from a known theif in the area we called the police he was arrested he is expected to appear in court on the 6th december 2015 to enter a plee for the theft of my bike and a burgulary that i didnt know about until i the police told me he had an outstanding warrent
