XS size Pannier rack fitted and full front and rear guards Spoke reflectors fitted Rear light fitting attached with green cable tie to pannier rack (light not attached at time of theft) No front reflector or bell attached at time of theft.Theft Description
Bike secured to Sheffield stand with 12mm flexible braided steel cable krytonite lock- cut through to remove bike (unknown tool used- marks look like bolt cutter, at least 2 attempts) Theft occurred between 13:00 and 16:30 with no known witnesses from a busy location- in front of Registrars entrance to Newcastle Civic Centre
