Someone has stolen my bicycle from outside my flat at Regents Court Gl51 3BE. It's the only one here in Cheltenham and Gloucester. The brake leads are black and there is two backlights one on the very front of the bag rack and one right beneath it. There is also a back light under the seat, and a front led light on the left side of the handle bar with a bell on the right side of the handle bar. There is also a red reflector on the wheel front and back.
