Theft Description

Thieves got/given access into locked/gated underground carpark, cut the cable that locked my bike up and then got access out of the garage. This took place below block of flats opposite the Texaco petrol station on The Highway, London E1, between Tower Hill and Wapping/Shadwell stations.
