Bike Description
An older model Cnoc 14in children' IslaBike (before the chain guard was introduced). It is in generally good condition with a few scratches. When it was stolen it had no pedals as we were using it as a balance bike.Theft Description
We were walking back from riding the bike in the park when my son ran ahead and vanished from sight. Obviously we were concerned for his safety and several passers-by tried to help us find him. One offered to look after the bike while we ran ahead; bike has not been seen since.Recovery Description
Not quite sure what happened really! The bike turned up in our front garden along with an apologetic note - we think a local shopkeeper who had been helping us find the suspect on his CCTV might have guilt tripped them in to returning it. Anyway, it's back so we have one very happy 4 year old!
