Bike Description

This is a 1957 Hercules Kestrel, 3-speed with an internal hub. It has a red and orange frame with cracked white mudguards, a rusty chrome rear rack, a newish tan leather saddle, and red taped handlebars. There should be a University of Edinburgh orange reflective band on the seat post. The brake levers are chrome and they stick out quite a bit from the handlebars. It's distinctively old-looking, and a bit dirty and rusty.

Theft Description

The bike was locked to a tree opposite the Marchmont Medical Practice, 10 Warrender Park Terrace. It was overlooking the short-hole golf course on the Meadows. The thief left my helmet and broken lock nearby.
