Bike Description
My much-loved Carrera Vengeance 2019 was stolen sometime today (1st May 2020) from outside my work in Leith Links, Edinburgh. It's got a blue-grey frame with the Carrera Vengeance logo on the downtube (there's also my tyre pump attached to the downtube) 27.5 inch tyres (black), straight black handlebars with a black bell next to the left-hand brake, grey mudguards on both tyres and front and rear lights attached around the headset and seatpost. I work for the NHS and my bike's my main form of transport, as well as getting out during weekends. I chained it to one of the bike racks at the front of the building I work in at 08:25 this morning as normal, using the chain lock I had. I left work at 16:25 this afternoon to find that my bike was gone, my lock cut in two and left lying on the ground. I know we're living in challenging times at the moment but stealing anything that belongs to someone else, particularly their mode of transport, is disgusting.
