Bike DescriptionMy much-loved Carrera Vengeance 2019 was stolen sometime today (1st May 2020) from outside my work in Leith Links, Edinburgh. It's got a blue-grey frame with the Carrera Vengeance logo on the downtube (there's also my tyre pump attached to the downtube) 27.5 inch tyres (black), straight black handlebars with a black bell next to the left-hand brake, grey mudguards on both tyres and front and rear lights attached around the headset and seatpost. Please, if anyone sees it or finds it, can you contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Theft DescriptionI work for the NHS and my bike's my main form of transport, as well as getting out during weekends. I chained it to one of the bike racks at the front of the building I work in at 08:25 this morning as normal, using the chain lock I had. I left work at 16:25 this afternoon to find that my bike was gone, my lock cut in two and left lying on the ground. I know we're living in challenging times at the moment but stealing anything that belongs to someone else, particularly their mode of transport, is disgusting.
