Theft Description

Bike taken from outside Trawden Arms around 4pm. Youth of mid twenties with dark hair was seen to jump on and ride off towards Colne. Bike was only left for a few minutes in a small village. This is a quiet village with a low population and few visitors. Suspect someone local to the area who chanced on a quick opportunity.
