Theft Description

We were shopping in Central Leamington and had left our bikes locked and chained to a metal bike stand outside Santander, by the entrance to the Priors Centre.  We returned to collect our bikes after two hours and they were gone, lock too. We reported this straight away to the police via phone and also informed a policeman who was patrolling with a PCSO locally.
