Bike stolen from teenage boy at Victoria Park Widnes by a youth aged 14/15. Sped off out through park around 5pm rode down Regent Road towards town centre. Boy had short gelled hair and was wearing navy Kenzo sweatshirt/jumper. Youth has brace on teeth did not have local accent.
