Bike stolen from covered bike store area in office courtyard. Thieves have walked in taking enormous risk as they must have been carrying bolt cutters. They have then picked bike up and lifted it over the staff car parked immediately in front of bikes that actually hindered their access. Bikes are located right by the front doors between our two offices and are positioned in the direct eye line of two staff located and facing out of windows on the ground floor.
