Recovery Description

My daughter found it advertised for sale on Facebook. She asked me to assist her and approached the seller asking to buy it, but with the intention to take it back, supported by photographic evidence of bike race stickers and evidence of identifying her bike. We informed Bournemouth police, notified them of the sellers identity, they were not interested and informed us of the consequences of retrieving our own goods. My daughter, met with the seller, they took her to a lockup garage stuffed to the brim with top range bikes, mopeds, motorbikes and other items. My daughter showed the seller her photos and they immediately handed her the bike and apologised saying they had bought it in good faith from a shop. These were all Eastern Europeans, running a poor scam, but costing others thousands in costs. We informed the police of the lockup, but they admitted they had no time to investigate.
