Theft Description

I thought I had properly secured by bike as normal (I usually secure the rear wheel and frame to a fixed railing with a D Lock and use a wire loop round from the D lock through the front wheel). However, when I came down to cycle to work this morning the wire loop had been cut, the bike was gone, but the D Lock remained on the railing. I can only guess that I must have missed the frame when securing my bicycle and the back and front wheel were just secured to the D lock by the wire loop which was cut.
