Theft Description

Stolen from Oxford town centre – bike was chained to railings near the Radcliffe Camera (near the side entrance to the Vaults cafe and garden). Lock had been cut with bolt cutters or something. Spoke to a homeless man nearby and he said it was most likely taken by a man named Frenchie who hangs out near Sainsbury's on Cowley road.  He was seen that afternoon trying to flog a Giant bike – haven't managed to track him down yet!
