The lowest Scum of the earth have stolen 2 x Giant hybrid bikes from an address in Putney on 31st July 2014 the gents is black and luminous green with cleats and a plastic mudguard the other is a ladies purple bike with plastic mudguard with peddles if found and returned a reward ideally the Scum prosecuted
