Bike Description
Black hybrid bike, with white lettering and some blue accents. Has silver-coloured pannier rack at the back (no panniers). Front wheel was locked to the frame with a red D-lock.Theft Description
Stolen from front of house. Bike was locked to fence with heavy chain and padlock; frame locked to wheel with D-lock. Chain was cut but D-lock was (is?) still in place.
