Locked to railings with my girlfriend's bike outside Hawker House (opposite Decathlon) in Surrey Quays. About 8:20pm two guys in their early twenties, one black and one white, stole both bikes and escaped up Canada Street. They were seen by members of the public who reported it to security staff at Hawker House. Thieves left both helmets but took the lock.
