Bike Description

Blue frame, ladies frame,bright  blue padded handle bar tape, road bike, luggage rack , dropped handlebars with  dual brake levers, a non-vintage handlebar stem replacing the original I still check bike parks and racks for it all these months later and would be happy to pay a reward but guess I should give up hope :-(
