<ol> <li>Stolen from Southchurch, Southend</li> <li>Kryptonite lock and the rack it was on were sawn through, bike taken from lot. They had to have either got through the secured date (only opened by residents) or broken through the back door/gate at the bottom of the lower car park.</li> </ol>
