Bike Description
Black Road Bike, has ‘Elite’ written in large white lettering on the Frame. It has drop down handlebars, with a silver stem and silver brakes Chrome forks with shimano stickers. Shimano back mechanism. One drink holder, with holes for a second. Two different black spoked wheels, front one has a lot less spokes than the back which looks very unique. Happened between 10pm and Midnight on Saturday 06/10/18 from Manchester City Centre Was locked up outside NCP Car Park on Blackfriars street on Deansgate. A piece of board was stuck between the lock and twisted, meaning the lock came fully off with one snip of the bolt cutters.
