Theft Description

I was about to go to a conference at the Tea building in shoreditch high street. I have taken the front wheel off and lock the bike with the front wheel onto the bike rack with one abus lock around 5:30pm. The rack was located opposite the Albion cafe and outside the Dishroom restaurant. Then after I returned from the conference at 8:55pm, I found the bike was stolen and missing from the rack.
