Theft Description
this was locked with 2 thick bike locks in underground car park. The car park gates weren't working which meant anyone could get in. 2 lads (maybe teens/early 20's) in track suits were seen riding a similar bike at the foot of Leith Walk on 8/3/18 at 1710.
