Theft Description
Between 8-9pm last night someone stole my cousins bike off the top of his red polo that was parked on mill lane, Windsor. The bike was locked to the roof with a Thules roof rack, which didn't appear broken on inspection after the crime and the lock had not been tampered with. Therefore we don't understand how they did it.
