Bike Description
The bike is a cube pelaton 2013 road bike. It is white and red and had a pannier rack attached when it was stolen.Theft Description
The bike was enclosed in a bike tent and covered by a waterproof sheet. Someone would have climbed over the garden wall, opened the tent and unwrapped the sheet to get the bike out. Which they then took out the garden gate (it was found ajar).
