Bike Description

Electric bike. Pannier bag on one side. It was locked on the lamp post close to 41 Royal Mint Street E1 8LG. Would be missing the seat (I removed it and took it with me) Gone missing between 12-5.30pm on 17.05 I got hit recently by guy on electric scooter. It would have a significant dent on the front mudguard (they are strong metal  ones, so it looks like a dent on the car) and paint chipped off in the place of hit
