Theft Description

Bike taken from outside Tesco store in Castle street Kidderminster. Bike was locked to railings. Stores cctv shows bike being approched at 15.17 and taken at 15.18 but picture does not show faces. 1 male in white T shirt and jeans. Lock was taken with bike.
