Theft Description

Between 4:00pm and 6:30pm, on the 22nd of June 2018, my bicycle was stolen from a bicycle parking area near the ATMs of Lloyd's Bank in Canterbury, directly across the road from the entrance to Hotel Chocolat, and directly visible from the High Street. According to a witness, the assailant cut the lock that secured the bicycle to the parking frame using a bolt cutter, and made off with the bicycle before the witness could contact the police.
