The bike had a rack on the back, mud guards and custom chain set and custom pedals.Theft Description
The Bike was chained outside of my flat, someone has used a chain cutter when taking it as the chain was left on the bike rail snapped. They also stole the bike next to it which was inoperable and rusted, So I think they probably had a van.
