One plastic half mud guard on back tyre. 22inch frame, Gatorskin new wheels (after picture was taken), both black wheel frames. Bike lights taped on with electrical type. Riser handle bars.Theft Description
From Derby city Council house Locked cage with open top. Bike was stolen from within cage by smashing green wire bike lock and leaving the helmet.
