bike was stolen a week last Friday from hull university. it has flashing dust caps when peddling although these did stop working some time ago it had front and back tie around lights back mudguard and a front frame fasteningTheft Description
was locked up by the wheels and through the frame at my work place in an allocated bike rack section however apparently cctv facing opposite way
