bike was chained up outside Paddington traint station on friday 12th Oct. when i returned midday on saturday 13th Oct. both the bike and the lock were gone. Police say they don't have time to look at cctv as its a 17 hour window and they would only look if i knew within 20 minutes of when it was stolen??!!
