Brand new 20 inch Carrera crossfire stolen from basement parking: thief caught on CCTV!

Theft Description

Thief observed on CCTV tailgating car  as he cycled into basement parking at Oyster Wharf SW11 3RJ. He spent two hours and stole forum bikes. Observed on CCTV carrying the bicycle up staircase onto Thames path.  I have a copy of CCTV, he is white , 18-25, medium height, dark brown hair.
