Bike Description
My bike frame was stolen without either of the wheels. The front one however was a quick release catch. There was a slot for a basket on the front (although no basket was attached to it)Theft Description
The bike was chained up inside the gated complex outside my flat. It was chained up without the front quick release wheel (ironically as I was worried someone would steal it). The frame has been separated from the back wheel, meaning the back wheel was still chained up. Therefore only the frame was stolen
