Bike Description
Pretty new - bought this summer, and ridden only a handful of times. Brand new was about £320. The end of the handlebars were a little scratched, and the frame might have been a bit muddy with a few scratches, but it was otherwise like new. 19 inch (I think) men's frame, although I'd fitted a women's Carrera crossfire seat on it. No mudguards or pannier, but had a back light fitted just under the seat.Theft Description
It was locked with a chain lock, through the wheel and frame to the bike rack, and in a coded bike shed behind my block of flats in Newbury. To get in the person would have had to either know the code or be able to get into the shed without breaking the code lock. Several other bikes have been stolen from the shed, so the thief would have needed lock cutters and probably a van to take the bikes away in.
