Bike Description

Grey/dark grey/ mens large frame (21/21.5 inch I think) with red accent colours. Front shocks. Front and rear disc brakes. Many-many repaired punctures on inner tubes. No mud guards. Top tube on crossfire 2 is quite angular, long scratch runs the length of top tube on left side after bike fell over. Scratch is lighter colour than surrounding paintwork. Top tube also had general light scuffing, and at time of theft had 2 long black cable ties loosely bound around it. Chain stay scuffed/scratched from chain coming off. Rust present on 2 screws on down tube, where a water bottle would affix. Rust also present on bolts affixing handlebars. Original valve cap had been lost on rear wheel, replacement part was made of clear plastic. When seated on bike and looking down over the handlebars left shock has rusty grease appearance not present on right shock. Both pedals have lost all reflectors. Chain almost always slips when front dérailleur set to 1 and rear dérailleur set to 7. At time of theft bike had a clip for a distance meter attached to handle bars, cable of which was twisted down front shocks and sensor was fixed in place with small black cable ties. Front bike light clip also on bike handlebars, light would be held in place by rubber type strap that had been lightly repaired with super glue. Rear bike light clip attached to seat stay bar, not directly under seat, at a position just above the height of the back wheel. Never used oil on the chain, always used chain wax so chain/cogset tend to look muddy, or covered with wax residue. (Image from Google search)
