Theft Description

Taken from CRYSTAL PALACE  - Son in law had arrived at Hotel night before charity bike ride London Paris. Just walked to reception to get room key and then take bike indoors but within 5 minutes bike had been cut off bike rack and stolen.  He is devastated  - the ride was in aid of cancer hospice and memory of his grand mother ; he had trained for months, set the bike up and... this ....person ...has ruined it. Please help
